One might assume that, but then you’re just sitting in the dark or the room behind gets darker.
I prefer sitting under the glass roof; it feels nicer than under a "regular" roof.

.....that’s how you asked it

I can’t quite imagine what you mean, or I would put the usual venetian blinds directly on the window. However, if your roof is extended so far that the sun does not shine into the house, you won’t need blinds on the window. But then you’ll have artificial light-.
Looking forward to your further innovations

Quote from another thread (well known to you ): the windows are not only for light but also for the sense of space ..... The fact is, little light will come through this one window, which could be a reason for glazing in the roof.

I have seen sliding elements from Baufritz at the edge of the terrace, with which you could specifically create shade. I liked that a lot.

I still have many ideas.

Hello,
is there any objection to pouring a concrete foundation for the brine heat pump in the technical room? I have already read/seen this here in the forum once. Does anyone still know which user exactly it was? Or maybe even several? You can do that about a month before laying the screed, and then the brine-water heat pump is already firmly standing on a dry spot/foundation, and you don’t lose any time during the screed heating program.
In summer, without time pressure, do you actually have to run a screed heating program with the brine-water heat pump or can you just wait longer? Or is it a must/should to expand the underfloor heating pipes a bit so that there are no cracks etc. later in the screed?
Thank you and best regards :)

So the one square meter on which the heat pump stands probably doesn't matter. You can tile over it. But why do you want to wait longer in summer instead of using the heat pump? Well, for one thing, I would say 30 degrees outside temperature does not replace 35 degrees in the screed. And if it's about electricity costs for you: Of course you should deactivate the heating rod immediately after commissioning if the installer doesn't want to do it.

So in summer - without particularly great time pressure - you also run a screed heating program with the brine-water heat pump? Okay, thanks :)

It's less about drying. The heating phase prescribed by the manufacturers and the screed installers removes tensions from the screed to avoid consequential damage. During this heating phase, the temperature is not constant but rather higher and lower in a fixed, defined sequence. Our parquet installer, for example, has precisely specified how this must be done so that he provides a warranty on the floor.
