It is said: A) Controlled residential ventilation is not meant for cooling B) Passive cooling hardly brings anything. How is it that you can cool down so much? Which brine-water heat pump and controlled residential ventilation do you use?
Regarding A: it hardly cools either, air is simply a poor medium when it comes to heat capacity. But it does help against high humidity, due to constant air exchange with the outside...
I do not have a geothermal exchanger or anything like that in front of the controlled residential ventilation. But the pipes of the central controlled residential ventilation run through the cool concrete ceiling...
I do not know where the idea comes from that passive cooling brings nothing. My heating contractor mentioned 3 to 4 degrees. And 22 degrees in the bedroom or 26 degrees I find quite significant.
I have exactly the brine heat pump the questioner asked about. I have controlled residential ventilation from the manufacturer whose name sounds somewhat like the fish Zahnder. I prefer not to write more because I have already received a warning for mentioning brand names.
you can also operate automatic shading via light sensor and blinds
.....a cheer for automation-. In our case exactly the same position as with . Glass-covered terrace AND venetian blinds, both retrofitted after years, were the best decisions!!! With the new house, everything is discussed, except that!

I have passive cooling (+ shading of course) in my house. I've never had problems with humidity; the dew point monitor has never triggered. Ecological, inexpensive, pleasant, … what more could I want. Directly after the controlled residential ventilation the second best investment in the entire house. And the module for passive cooling cost me <1,000€ in my case, the operating costs are completely irrelevant compared to a normal air conditioning system.
To all supporters of [Raffstore]: fortunately, everyone can still decide for themselves. I personally think that [Raffstores] create an office/commercial atmosphere (or prison mood). Tastes are simply different.
