The total capacity of the probe is approximately 80% of the selected heat pump's capacity.

Rather expensive.

Bad.

Normal.

Abandon the project, it's not worth it. And I say this as a geothermal fan.

Unfortunately, there is no room to negotiate the price any further. Our system roughly cost half that amount, with a drilling depth of 120m (one borehole). 15,000€ was also offered once, but that was an all-in offer from a heating contractor who would have had a subcontractor for the drilling and knew nothing about the location and drilling depth during the offer phase. So it was calculated with a large safety margin (for him).

May I ask where your system is located? I have compared my offer with some other acquaintances and here in the south they always came out around this value like mine: about €13,000-14,500 all in. Is it because of the region? I have heard that the further south, the more expensive it gets...

NRW. Sure, the south is more expensive and the subsoil will play a role. But even if the offer is reasonable under these circumstances, it no longer makes any economic sense. Then you’d better get an air-to-water heat pump. You’ll never recoup the thousands of euros extra cost of the drilling with the lower consumption.
