Sorry, I am now a bit confused myself: Regarding above: 4.8 kW is the guaranteed cooling capacity – is this then also the total capacity of the probe? Regarding point 5: this has been clarified: the expert is already included in the offer.
The total capacity of the probe is approximately 80% of the selected heat pump's capacity.
- Disposal of drilling mud, if not possible via sewer (flat rate +500 euros)
Rather expensive.
- Backfill material is standard with thermal conductivity of about 1 watt :-(

- Bureaucratic processing etc. is all included.

As said: about 15,000 euros for 4.8 kW (guaranteed). What do you think?
Abandon the project, it's not worth it. And I say this as a geothermal fan.
