Experiences with brine heat pump

The prices I mentioned are all-in.
Connection costs 3000€ ... no offense, it takes two kg of pipes for the installation and two ball valves.
Core drilling with seals has been offered by some, in case of basement construction. These contingency items were around 500-600€.

With me: Flat rate offered is "connection probes" including 10 meters excavation + breakthrough + sealing for ~2000€. I deduct the earthworks with 500€. The material costs for the seals are, I believe, 240€. Then also core drilling in the basement. But it's still negotiable - so there is room to go down. Regards Markus

No, that was only the postgen regarding the connection of the probes to the house.

Just to clarify: the prices I mentioned were gross.

Okay, I have checked now...

105m (3x35) in water protection area IIIa, soil class 1-5, 6,200W extraction capacity, fully sealed with connection to the house, permit, etc., so basically completely finished all in.

Gross 5,350.19 euros (Net 4,495.96)
Plus 250 euros for the city fund.
