Well....I’m also rather critical about buying a kitchen by now, but it shouldn’t be seen so simply. A sofa set can cost 2k€ but also 24k€, and both are a sofa set....... You just need to be clear about what demands you have regarding the product, service, etc. or what you really need. Much of what you see or read here can be had because you want it. Can.We just don’t agree on spending 20k€ on a few pieces of furniture and electrical appliances.
So not even Mercedes, just Audi. Go to Ikea and put together what you want and look for the appliances online that you like, then hire a suitable craftsman who will do the “fine installation.” For example, we assembled our current Ikea kitchen ourselves (the individual cabinets) and our carpenter then came as agreed and set it up neatly and handed it over working properly. That was fine with him since he would have been reluctant to assemble the cabinets himself; for us, it was more of a fun thing. Then you have a fixed price for a kitchen that represents something decent as a basis. Then you go to max one or two kitchen studios and have something put together according to your taste, which certainly won’t be 1:1 comparable but in the end, you should have a feeling where the journey is headed. I am still amazed that nowadays hardly any homebuilder installs a used kitchen anymore; these exist in large numbers and sometimes really great pieces, modular kitchens, etc. from top manufacturers that can possibly be expanded with other furniture parts, etc. with some imagination. The German homebuilder of 2020 has money, so the corresponding industry exists. Ergo....pay and don’t complain or look for alternatives that simply don’t meet the usual standard or offer all-inclusive-easy service. And....there should also be reasonably satisfied children in kitchens without marble or natural stone countertops.not even made of ceramic. More like granite.
