Well, the price drivers have already been mentioned.

"Only" a cooktop with integrated extraction.... that's rather the premium class no matter who makes it.
"Only" a granite countertop... here it's the same, of course there are more expensive materials than granite but that has a significant impact on the final price.

And also "only" two on the left and only tall cabinets on the right... that doesn’t make the kitchen any cheaper either.

So I see the 15-20K as absolutely realistic for this setup. Which is not wrong if you expect quality.

We have now contacted a few acquaintances in Poland. Such a project (without electrical appliances) costs 40,000 zloty = under 9,000 €.

And the classic is to get and install electrical devices yourself; this way we could basically buy mid-upper class devices without major financial damage.

Well, it is actually always a bit more expensive than separate devices. Ikea offers an induction cooktop with extractor for 1600 euros, AEG too. Bosch one for 2000 (I thought, but I'm not sure). There's also a price category below "Bora Extra Expensive."

There is a lot of margin in electrical appliances. No BSH large kitchen appliance costs more than 100€ to manufacture. The functionalities that are sold at very different prices are all not expensive to produce. The bigger the kitchen appliances, the greater the room for negotiation.

Audi is a good bit higher quality than Mercedes (and priced the same)

Funny. Sit in a 15-year-old model of each brand. That puts your quality statement into perspective. Don’t be fooled by panel gaps and haptics.

They all now have the condenser on the sides and no longer at the back like before. For this reason, every manufacturer recommends 10 cm of space on the left and right so that the air can circulate and the heat can be dissipated. If fully built-in like that, you won't enjoy it for long.

clear case for kitchen f....um, only planned for the eye, no ergonomics, in the end there is still a table with chairs, after all there is space. No clear work areas, routes far too long
