I just had a close encounter of the third kind with this company.. I was always convinced of Ikea, but what they are pulling here is outrageous.
I bought new cupboards for 1200€ through the Faktum re-purchase shop. Unfortunately, a few parts arrived defective (chipped corners and edges). We only noticed this after the freight company had left.
And now? Called the hotline, the annoying automated system drives you crazy, it's almost impossible to get a consultant on the line. After 15 minutes on a Sunday, I finally got the guy to tell me that I was calling outside business hours. Also, that complaints are the responsibility of the furniture store. But the furniture store doesn’t feel responsible for Faktum re-purchases. Great, the trip was wasted. So I filled out an online form. Note: "Minimum processing time 14 days!!!!!".
Now I’ve been on the hotline for 30 minutes listening to stupid music, just to finally get a human on the line. I’m about to lose it here!!
