No, they don't have that at Ikea. They have quite a lot, but Ikea is not a hardware store. The most Japanese-style thing would be sliding curtains with Kvartal. Thematically, it doesn't quite fit in this thread.
What do you mean by prefabricated solutions for cabinets with sliding doors? For the Pax cabinets, there are sliding doors that are also sold individually, but they are not suitable to replace a room door unless you have a high door threshold and are able to do some tinkering.
