You don’t think your fiction through to the end. If more Polish craftsmen get more orders from elsewhere, they need more workers who then have to be paid better. The better-paid Polish workers then buy more German pork and German cars and maybe eventually German kitchens, because they are cheaper (= maybe not priced lower, but qualitatively better, nicer, whatever) etc...

So I find German cars already too expensive (except VW when leasing).

Actually interesting why there isn’t a bigger market for used kitchens. Someone should think of something about how to put together many used kitchens into something suitable for new spaces. The countertop can still be new then...

I don't know if they are paid better. A roofer here in Germany also doesn't earn much more, even though the order books are fully booked for the next 3 years. I also don't earn more even though our company generated +15% sales increase (and 15% EBIT) in 2020. Even if that were the case: what good is it to me if the Pole buys German cars, but I need someone to repair my heating before winter and almost all German installers have gone bankrupt?

Your examples are not really getting any better...... I think the indigenous peoples in the Brazilian rainforest should finally be more grateful to us for economically making useful "use" of their useless standing-around forest. That sounds like mediocre know-it-all behavior without really knowing the real circumstances in these social strata. That’s why you also know the Ritter family.... from TV from the leather sofa..... even though you could also meet them personally and maybe even help them a bit..... if you wanted to.

oh man
Do you want to dissect every EXAMPLE I list down to the smallest detail? Are examples even allowed anymore or do you always have to come up with statistics?

I just wanted to say that some people simply don't think about why things can happen the way they do!
IF EVERYONE THOUGHT LIKE THIS FREEGAN, OUR ECONOMY WOULDN'T WORK! That was the point! Do you understand that? The Freegan didn't get it!
If someone doesn't own something that they have previously earned or bought, they can't give it away!

This has nothing to do with my interpretation nor with me having to explain any nonsense to indigenous jungle tribes!

I have nothing against Hartz4 recipients or these Freegans.

If you don’t benefit from your employer’s success, you need to negotiate better or change employers. Or not, but you must not project your situation onto others. It could also be that your supervisor thinks you do not contribute significantly to the success.
It should be clear that the continued fiction does not develop from one year to the next. Otherwise, it would not be fiction but utopia.

Regarding no more German craftsmen, it would then be the case that either a few remain who offer their service at exorbitant prices due to high demand or the highly mobile and technologically advanced Romanians, who have meanwhile displaced even the already well-off Czech heating technicians, repair your heating by drone in winter. And without you noticing, because the heating system reported its defect before your comfort temperature dropped.
However, you first have to get rid of your Brötje! ;oP

My employer withholds the money in order not to have to send the workforce into short-time work in times like these, if it ever comes to that. I do not generalize from myself to others. Do you know employed craftsmen whose wages increase in proportion exactly as much as the prices for the houses they build? Honestly, I do not. Otherwise, the craft would not be so desperately looking for new recruits... I think Brötje has to be understood by someone first before I get rid of her.
