Excessive costs for the kitchen?!

I certainly do not think that! That’s not what it’s about.
By the way, Amazon is not a brand

Yes, then just buy elsewhere. But don’t be surprised if your property is worth nothing someday or the value decreases instead of rising because, due to the buying behavior of “as cheap as possible but cool,” many jobs around your area will eventually disappear. Just take a look around.
If the only supermarket here closes because everyone shops at Netto, then the place is no longer attractive for some. New housing developments will then be delayed.

I have to admit that I buy a lot at Ikea and I really like their kitchens (design), but I would not want my utility room unit from 2013 in the kitchen in terms of quality. The Metod seems to be much better?! What I find irritating (in retrospect), however, is that the Faktum?, meaning the one from before 2014, was so highly praised in this forum, the very one I installed in the utility room. The entire interior was not really made for constant use. Nor were my drawers, which I bought as base cabinets in 2001; they barely withstood any load. For me, Ikea was therefore already out when planning.

For me, Ikea was out because I got, at the regional kitchen studio including assembly without electrical appliances, otherwise you compare apples to oranges, for the same money, planning service, measurement, coordination with the general contractor.

Regardless of where the kitchen was produced, regional jobs are connected to it. Sales, planning, installation. That’s what Ypg meant too.

As I already said, I've rarely read so much nonsense. You also don't buy the first house you come across, no matter how high the price is. And where do you think many windows/stairs/fences come from? Yes, from Poland. Does that make the houses less valuable?

You don’t understand. It’s not very smart either to ignore the post completely and just write "nonsense." And then to repeat it as well.
