Ikea Metod kitchen wall rail problem, instructions wanted

Thanks for the link, Ikea expert. In the video, it is said that the wall rail for a 220 cm wardrobe should be mounted with the bottom edge at 222 cm. The wardrobe with feet is 228 cm, so the rail must be mounted 6 cm lower with its bottom edge. At first, I thought I would do without the wall rail for all wardrobes, but after watching the videos, I will definitely buy it, even if the wardrobes then stand a little away from the wall.

After watching all the videos a few times, I still have a few questions.

1. When mounting on the wall rail, do I only need two feet per cabinet to support it at the front, or should I also place two feet at the back due to the weight of the cabinet (e.g., a tall cabinet with an integrated refrigerator)?

2. How does the installation of a side panel work when using the wall rail? Does it align flush at the front with the cabinet and mounted front? When mounting the cabinets in combination with the wall rail, they do stand slightly away from the wall. A tall cabinet's carcass has a depth of 61.6 cm, the side panel a width of 62 cm. But are the 0.4 mm sufficient to achieve a flush finish?
