So, I spent a few more hours working on it and tried to make the best of it and to make almost every request somehow feasible.
I'm not completely satisfied yet, mainly with the limited space on the right side of the upper floor. But actually, everything should fit in at least. I deliberately took the dimensions for the furniture always larger than usual so that I don't have to say "oh no, it doesn't fit, built too small" with the next piece of furniture. The sofa, for example, is 3.80 meters wide, the dining table is 2m*1m. So already XL dimensions, even though our furniture is significantly smaller.
Additionally, the question arises whether the staircase is realistic like this; I followed 's design with the measurements. What I still don't know is how it works practically with the bathroom. I have positioned both the laundry room and the bathroom towards the utility room on the ground floor, but I don't know if you would still see a suitcase downstairs if the bathtub, for example, is placed where it is now.
You probably know more about that, right?
The (most) windows were just roughly inserted for now, so there is no detailed plan behind that.
I rendered 2-3 pictures to get an idea of how it will roughly look.
By the way, we have now ruled out arranging all the rooms in a row for ourselves. Among other things, because we want to arrange the TV corner so that no direct sunlight shines on the TV from behind anymore, so that nothing is visible.
Edit: I forgot a bookshelf in the hallway on the upper floor, so don't be surprised by the black box next to the stairs.
In the bedroom, I first lowered the 114cm wall to the dressing room to have a continuous wall, but I found that the bedroom feels a bit more open this way and even more light comes in.
