That doesn't mean it makes sense.
Much of the standard can be done better

Yes, with 2 kids I would also rather put a wardrobe with a depth of 60 cm. But with this floor plan, I am already just over 100 in floor area. The standard has to suffice here. For that, the wardrobe is a good 2 meters wide.

What I would be interested in: The contract states the basic dimensions and the 160m2 limit. But what about the bay window? Is that also included in the budget? It was included in the first floor plan. If the TE places a big bay window at the entrance in his design, that could at least solve the entrance situation.

Sorry, no time to read and look at everything right now. Just about the last post: We removed bay windows. And it was not included.

I have tried to implement a few more tips. Currently, the status is as in the attachment. From our point of view, we would now first talk to the architect.
