Would it also be conceivable to place the living areas (cooking / eating / living) next to each other? Simply like in many floor plans, for example Point 154, where neither the dimensions nor every wall have to be adopted exactly, but the arrangement of the rooms would be acceptable?

In your case, of course, mirrored:

I don't think it's bad in principle, I've just never seen something like that live and really can't judge how the coziness is when everything is in a line. Experience?

Well then, off to the next model home park. There is surely one where everything is next to each other. Definitely the ideal weekend trip for you now.

What does this tell you? Learn from it!

And here? Get moving before you pick up the pencil!

Depending on the "ability" to stand in one's own way, yes:

That means: remove the porch roof and a knot is untied, the entrance can be on the driveway side. In my opinion, it is worth playing through this in essence with every seemingly immovable requirement once.

For example, I would not see it as a big deal at all if the door is not exactly centered with a golden ratio.

To put this little treat at the forefront: You are not focusing on the essentials. The optimum was almost reached, and then you come up with things that should be exaggerated or secondary.

(I reread the thread for reference and looked at the plot...)

For example this here:

Why should a guest sit hunched in their room?
First: when do you have guests? And this room will have a window that illuminates the space.
Completely counterproductive for a good design.

Also nonsense... always this "more garden." You have enough garden whether the house is placed sideways or not. What good is 10% more here and there if 30% are missing in front or on the side?
And suddenly, you’re back at the beginning with your sketch again.

The garage will not be exempt from approval. You will have to get a new permit later.
As far as I’ve seen, it is supposed to be on the corner of the plot: a total of 15 meters of boundary development is allowed.

Regarding the centered front roof: that would be optimum. It would also be feasible without your "but" quirks.
If not, you mask one side with planting, for example. Or you put the carport in front of/against it. Besides, you don’t look directly at the entrance but always come from the side.

The design was almost finished apart from minor details. Then you come along and absolutely have to ruin everything good with a pantry and the above-mentioned "but" quirks.
Reflect on this and scroll back further.

Edit: Plan a normal ceiling height, leave out the pantry and the fireplace, and give the corners of the plot their purpose: trash, bicycles, laundry, storage space..., and a nice front garden, which also requires space.
