How about the Park 151W from Danwood mirrored. Maybe that's a new approach?

Unfortunately, I see no future in your own designs and consider them unworthy of even being discussed. Besides, I am gradually agreeing, due to the questionable premises, with Schnurrbart's actually completely absurd opinion:

Hello again,

we are making another attempt here with a different approach.

This time initially only on a grid, to first ask for opinions and possible difficulties that we ourselves have not noticed.

We are aware that the wall thicknesses still need to be deducted.
Otherwise, one or the other door could still be moved to create a small wardrobe niche and possibly even a pantry behind the kitchen.
But those are already more advanced ideas.

The dressing room is quite large; something will certainly need to be adjusted there as well. The laundry room could possibly be slightly larger towards the bedroom and possibly have a washing machine niche at the bottom (this could then possibly create the shower right away in the bathroom evtl.). But it does not actually have to be big. Wide enough for 1 to a maximum of 2 drying racks or an ironing board would be enough.

Oh, when drawing, the sheet extended downwards.
So the 4 meters indicated downward are already planned that way, even if the boxes do not reflect that.

First of all, I would like to hear something from you about this.

This can basically remain like this until the architect meeting, after all, a client is not a permit planner.

I would rather add them, i.e., approximately 1.20 m is added flatly to the desired room widths in length and width of the house.

Yes, but then we exceed the floor area again. Just a reminder: our floor area is 9.50 * 10.50 (99.75 m²). We can vary the dimensions, but the floor area should remain the same.

But then it makes little sense to draw rooms that are shown as 4 m wide (bedroom, for example), which, when you realistically place the walls, are only a maximum of 350 to 360 cm wide.

A room that is 3.50*3.60 wide might possibly be sufficient? It's just not so easy to draw the wall thicknesses on a block. But that's not really the main point. It's more about the layout of the floor plan. My girlfriend drew it, then wrote down on the side for orientation how wide they are on the paper and told me that I should possibly transfer it later with wall thicknesses etc. She didn't say beforehand how wide they should be and then draw it afterwards.
