There is still that fake door to the mini room next to the SbS (I just say again Space-tower from Blum instead of the fake door and the wasted space there and the mini chamber as part of the office.
And, the SbS protrudes at least 10 cm in front of the other kitchen cabinets, that won't look good with the fake door.

And sorry ... I just don't like it at all, I don't like 2 rows of chairs in a row (counter/table), no winding paths around counters, pulled-out chairs, tables, etc. to the terrace, and so on.
I also don't like beds, bathtubs, etc. below windows. Or dressing rooms that can only be accessed through the bedroom if you sleep with more than one person in the bedroom.

It's getting weirder and weirder. Elegant was yesterday.

no time to read, being on the way to work does not mean no longer wanting to read it at all...... The thing with the bathroom was an attempt to visually enlarge the hallway area when entering we are planning with a 70 cm depth in the kitchen, so the sbs does not stick out that far. We have also already gotten advice at the kitchen studio, it looks great what is being built there. This tower system is surely great but the chaotic stacking to the ceiling still makes it impossible. But basically you are still right that this solution could become problematic. However, I am very skilled at handiwork and am sure to find a nice solution there. And of course I accept your opinion, but we now have a window above the bed and like it. A window above the bathtub and like it. A walk-in dressing room accessible from the bedroom and like it (except for the glass door because of the light shining onto the bed but we take that experience with us). Therefore, we are planning these things this way now because we know and like them. Likewise the furniture, which I mentioned several times, is all planned in XXL size to know that it will also fit later, IF one wants to expand. The kitchen counter is 1 meter deep, but will probably be more like 80. The dining table is 2*1 meters. Hardly any standard dining table has these dimensions. We have a dining table 1.6*80 and find it (still) completely sufficient, especially as it will not stand freely in the room now or in the near future, but rather by the wall (as in our kitchen living room now), unless there is currently a visit. Then there is plenty of space to walk through. What could actually become tight is the 1.20 in the hallway, that is right. There we only have the idea that due to the open staircase it will appear significantly wider. Our current hallway is 1.15 m wide and still has 40 cm cabinets on the wall. That is a 75 cm passage and I walk through there comfortably. So we have our own ideas and demands. We have gladly supplemented them with tips and experiences from you. For that I am also thankful, because I wouldn’t have been able to incorporate some of your ideas without this post here. Nevertheless, I do not want to have to justify myself here regularly just because I do not implement ALL ideas and opinions written here.

The shower downstairs is barely usable. Just imagine stepping out and wanting to dry yourself. You'd rather go out to the hallway with the towel. But there's no space there either.
Add the weird corner of the utility room as well, so you can turn around.

I hope for you that the architect brings some more ideas and doesn't just copy your design. Ideally, you don't even bring it out, but just let them do their thing.

yes, the toilet should maybe be straight again. the few centimeters don't make much difference in the hallway but for comfort after showering it's certainly better again.

the niche in the utility room was intended for the heating system. in the hope that it fits there and is thus somewhat out of the way

The floor plan is absolutely worthless both at the bottom and at the top. The good thing is, as soon as you go to the architect, he will do exactly that.

You don’t even know where to start improving. Therefore, a complete restart!
