City villa floor plan 160 sqm, without basement - Your opinions on that?

Is the staircase realistic as used it now, or can it not be used like that?

It's been so long, I think I had rather calculated with 2.90m floor height + 2.60m ceiling height.

At 3m floor height it would look like this, which would be quite acceptable, but you would have to make do with 90cm stair width.

The staircase of Kaho in is realistic (basic dimension 355x140), but it has nothing to do with the stair landing you reserved in (300x95). Kaho’s stairs always show a landing, her program cannot do it differently, but a quarter-turn staircase is meant.
