Also a reason why some fall into shopping addiction. Online purchases. It’s quick with 0.0%. The goods arrive, and the next desire follows immediately.

Online shopping certainly makes it easier. But even before this era, there were large mail-order companies (and they still exist) that went hunting for debtors with their thick catalogs. That is not a very new business model.

I like your views and values! I also teach my children to greet everyone.

With a net household income of 2,500, a new build is not possible in the Rhine-Main area even with a lot of personal effort, one has to be honest with oneself when it comes to probably the biggest investment in life... however, owning property is not generally excluded by this. Friends of ours have a slightly lower net income and built new – but at the Hessian-Thuringian border, square meter price 26 euros fully developed plus family bonus. The municipalities down there fight for every young family that wants to stay. You just have to be willing, in return, to commute 40 minutes to work.... Of course, if you want to go where everyone wants to go, you pay hefty price surcharges. That’s just how our market economy works.

Everyone is different. There are said to be people who aren’t bothered by that one bit, no, quite the opposite, they even need the 40 minutes between work and home for personal cooldown and to wrap up the workday. It was like that for me once as well (back then it was the A73), but by now I wouldn’t need it anymore and I would also see it as a no-go.
