Full agreement Alex, acquaintances wanted a child close to 40, the man is 46. They had felt an emptiness. The woman now dotes on the baby, the man is just annoyed. No more stress-free golf and wellness vacations. Nothing going on in bed anymore because the child has to sleep in the bed. But there are certainly positive examples as well. My nerves wouldn't cope with a toddler at 45.

Does anyone else have helpful answers on the topic?

Yes, there is a cross in Part A.
Part A is not automatically high-risk pregnancy. There is also a cross in Part A if the woman’s mother has high blood pressure. There are no more examinations.

Only Part B can trigger additional examinations.

Part A indicates that there may be problems
Part B indicates that there are problems.

I am not copying my maternity record here now
Over 35
Not high-risk pregnancy
A total of 8 times at the doctor
No special examination.

I do not know any pregnant woman over 35 with special examinations.

So nothing, the health insurance company does not pay extra.

The doctors’ experience is worth more than examinations that still take into account the largest existing dataset. That is from the 18th century.

Well luckily, only older ones turn into chipmunks

Eventually, it’s over. Some can have no child at 25 without tutoring, others have no problem at 45. There is such a thing as biological age.

Uh family beds are only for parents over 30. Tonight, many children suddenly have to sleep in their own beds, or the parents have to buy one first.

...then sorry. I misunderstood. I was talking about couples who, for medical reasons, cannot conceive naturally at a young age.

Thank you , for the clarification. I have also never heard that having children under 40 is generally risky.
