Hmm well, it's hard to sleep without a bed (the old one broke). An expensive mattress for the husband's herniated disc, all during the construction phase, when 900 euros really hurt. The car back then (6 years ago) was also suddenly and urgently needed. Since his then-wife didn't work (children), there was no money available. So all things you can't even save for a few weeks. The only thing I accept is the robotic vacuum. That was luxury and not necessary. Although back then it probably saved me from burnout.

Oh yes, we didn't have to take out these loans. The money would have even been there. (Except for teeth and car). But it was more relaxed for us that way and we didn't have to touch our buffer. Oh, and of course all are 0% financings.

@ruppssn

If you pay a little attention, then yes. 0% interest, 0,- processing fee means you actually pay what the item costs. But I once missed a payment

That's really the case. We pay exactly what is on the price tag and not a cent more. If I am mistaken, please enlighten me.

Hm, what would be the motivation for a bank to lend you money for free? Apart from being a benefactor, I can't think of anything, and I simply cannot associate that term with the bank. Hence the skepticism [emoji6]
