Hello,
I hope that answering the questions using the "quote" function was correct.
If there is an easier way, please give me a brief hint. Thanks.
You don't have to write the same to everyone here. After all, everyone reads like in a conversation.
We find the solution with the door Garage / Office advantageous because you can enter the house with dry feet that way.
Why would you remove this door?
Because your argument/feeling is baseless. It rains very often in Germany, but mostly at night. You are not the only one who thinks it rains EVERY time he comes home and 4 meters along the house wall will make you soaking wet. That is not the case!
And to misuse an office or another room that is not a hallway as a hallway reduces the personal value of the room in terms of living quality because it then becomes just as maintenance-intensive as a house corridor and must be equipped with a doormat and boot jack. You also don’t go to the kitchen to pee.
No freezer or similar device is planned in the pantry; here we want to store everyday items (kitchen utensils) and food, drinks, etc.
You are not moving in now; you are not building for one year but hopefully for at least two generations. And even if it’s only 20 years: life will change in terms of purchases, values, and especially in food production and storage.
We will reconsider the door widths.
Door widths are among other things standard. How do you want to get your heating system into your house?
Regarding the number of floors: I will revise the plans again; then the 2 m lines will also be entered (sorry, this was unfortunately overlooked in the current views).
If the data here is correct with a 40-degree roof pitch, then your 2-meter mark is simply wrong! You have a max knee wall height of 130 cm... so with an internal recessed dimension of approx. 80 cm, you have your 2 meters. And at that height, I certainly don’t see a shower fixture. Or do you want to say now that your windows have the same heights at the top and bottom or that the two windows on the upper floor are 3 meters high?

How could the "dull" entrance area be optimized in your opinion?
I don’t give much thought to what won’t be built anyway. I already mentioned: the budget does not allow a basement. Therefore, new planning is necessary.
