What is actually the difference between the two funding levels with KFW 300? I have to achieve EH40 in both cases. Is this certification that expensive? You need an energy expert to confirm this in both cases, after all.
The exact funding conditions match the requirements of KfW 297/298. The difference between the "small module" and the "large module" simply lies in the QNG certification. All installed building materials must meet corresponding criteria, which are measured by testing for pollutants, for example in the air, and such. A wrong silicone can already ruin your values... My energy consultant said that he would definitely advise against trying this with own work – he would always recommend it only in turnkey buildings completely by the competent general contractor, who ideally also takes care of the groundwork completely. If you exceed the limits in the end, the financing is off, and that would be an absolute fiasco. From what I have read, I would never dare to go for the large module – the small one just has significantly lower hurdles...
Regarding the costs of the energy consultant: Of course, more calculations and more measurements also cost more money... I have to look at the offer to see what mine wants for the small module 140,000 with KfW300, I don’t have it at hand right now :)
