Both. I looked at the technical minimum requirements, but unfortunately I can’t make any sense of all the values :-/
The hint about the banks is interesting, thanks!
How far along are you with the planning for your house? Do you already have something together that would make an appointment with the energy consultant worthwhile? We recently received all the calculations – without being a professional, I think it’s not possible to work through it all…
For the small module 300 or 297, the requirements are significantly lower. Well-known providers like Viebrockhaus also offer the KfW modules, so it’s possible even with solid masonry – if you plan everything yourself, though, it could be difficult because you have to calculate all the building materials in terms of their properties. I once read that basements are not possible due to the high amount of concrete and you can no longer "beautify the numbers." An eco-concrete might be an alternative there. With your choice of construction company, I would definitely make sure that they are familiar with this, so you don’t end up missing the subsidy because the values were not met…
I already wrote higher up the memorable sentence from my energy consultant: only apply for the big module with turnkey construction without EL if the values can actually be achieved, since “the wrong silicone” can ruin the subsequent air measurement.
