New funding for family home ownership

Hello everyone, I also have a question about program 300 of KFW. Can you apply for the funding if you own 1/6 (16%) of a house with 2 apartments? The house was inherited with this share. There are 4 different parties involved... Does this share exclude you from the funding conditions? I can't quite find this directly on the KFW website. Best regards

It's quite simple. Do you already own residential property? Yes, you do. Whether it's 1/1, 1/2, or 1/10 as the ownership share doesn't matter at all.

That would probably have been the right thread, so here again: Has anyone applied for kfw 300 with qng and can explain the sequence to me? The energy consultant must be commissioned before the application after the construction documents, floor plan, etc. are available? Does he then contact the construction company and confirm the basic eligibility for funding? Does qng also have to be involved from the beginning? Ideally an energy consultant who can also confirm qng? It would be great if someone has done this and could explain everything. Thanks

This is so far (to my knowledge) also the only source on this topic. I am very curious whether the fixed interest period will simply be increased to 20 years and all other conditions remain the same. That would fit perfectly for our construction project and save tens of thousands of euros in interest costs :) That makes me seriously reconsider whether QNG might make sense after all, since I would get €50,000 more over 20 years...
