My income was lower then, so it fits ;-) However, we were on parental leave in 2022/2023, so that's a bit unfortunate. In general, there was a lot of short-time work in those years. So it probably doesn't come as a disadvantage for many.

Not understandable to me either. That would be working full-time without children with overtime etc. for us. So an income that will probably not appear on the pay slip again in the coming years.

For my son, the income would be sufficient, through a lot of personal contribution the funding would be the only way for him to build at the moment.
Exclusion reason: already property ownership (he has a very old house where they now live, which will have to be demolished at some point).

No, he wants to build new on the property. And he would never give up the property, almost 7000 sqm, he will hardly get anything similar again. Besides, they have animals on it.
