So we included the four tax returns from 2020/21 with the application and nothing indicated that it would not be sufficient. Why would it, it’s stated like that in the conditions :) That plus Junior’s birth certificate (a copy was enough, nothing had to be certified or anything). So if you fall even just one euro below the then 90,000 (?) limit from the taxable income in your income tax assessments starting from the validity period of the new limits, then it will work. And if it does: Congratulations! :)

How do you actually incorporate the funding into the financing? Has anyone already thought about the bullet loan? By the way, KFW apparently raised the interest rates again over the weekend…

I am currently wondering whether it is even possible to meet the criteria for the climate-friendly residential building (without QNG) thanks to the requirement to comply with the greenhouse gas emissions of the "Qualitätssiegel Nachhaltiges Gebäude Plus" over the life cycle with a stone house (preferably KS + WDVS)? I can probably forget about a basement anyway because of the CO2 issue, right? In the end, is it even worth it apart from prefabricated wooden houses...?

Yes, it can. We build exactly like that with KfW 300. The photovoltaic system just has to be a bit larger to properly balance the CO2 footprint.

Can you say a bit about that? What wall and ETICS thicknesses do you have? Square meters? Photovoltaic size? Roof windows? Basement?

I was told by Dr. Klein that it isn’t that attractive... the banks want some security in this regard and you’d have to invest something for it? So, you can’t just say “I’ll inherit the money by then or find a treasure.”
