Of course, but before the tax return, for example, one might not fall under the income limit, after the tax return in exactly those years possibly yes. Especially since the average of the two years also counts.
So we included the four tax returns from 2020/21 with the application and nothing indicated that it would not be sufficient. Why would it, it’s stated like that in the conditions :) That plus Junior’s birth certificate (a copy was enough, nothing had to be certified or anything). So if you fall even just one euro below the then 90,000 (?) limit from the taxable income in your income tax assessments starting from the validity period of the new limits, then it will work. And if it does: Congratulations! :)
