What additional effort or extra costs come with the 300er? To me, everything sounds so complicated with the QNG seals. The consultant who then documents and monitors everything will certainly also cost a lot of money. Obtaining all the proof for materials and so on is a huge effort, isn’t it?

You only need KfW 40 with QNG for the highest funding amount, KfW 40 without QNG also works. QNG is realistically only achievable with prefabricated houses, where the entire process and all components come from a single source.

So I only need the "normal" energy consultant for the lower funding amount and everything proceeds as it did with the old subsidies? I am a bit unsure because QNG is also mentioned in the first description.

Climate-friendly residential building
A residential building reaches this funding level if it

    [*]achieves the Efficiency House Level 40,
    [*]emits so little CO2 in its life cycle that the requirement for greenhouse gas emissions of the "Qualitätssiegels Nachhaltiges Gebäude Plus" is met, and
    [*]is not heated with oil, gas, or biomass.

    [*]1 or 2 children: 220,000 euros
    [*]3 or 4 children: 250,000 euros
    [*]5 or more children: 270,000 euros

That means anyone who didn’t get the KfW loan a year ago because, unfortunately, with one child they reached 62,000 EUR taxable income, now feels thoroughly mocked because the limit was suddenly... without any reason... arbitrarily raised to 90,000 EUR taxable income. But the desired property is gone, someone else got it, the KfW said "No, 2,000 rogues too many, sorry..." And now look for something new? That might not even exist nearby, many developments are on hold... I don’t want to criticize the system itself, the approach seems reasonable at first glance. You don’t want to support anyone who doesn’t need it, after all, it’s taxpayer money, yes, my money too... But... and this is really a very bitter realization for me... we have now reached the status of a banana republic. Subsidies are arbitrarily granted... cut... changed... closed... and the lower classes rarely benefit... Honestly, who could even apply for KfW442 on time? Certainly no one who is on a construction job from Monday to Friday and works hard. They only hear from their wife on Friday evening, "Look, we could have had this... but you had to work!" It’s really bitter, I have been a Green Party voter for almost 20 years... but by now I’m tending to vote FDP or even CDU... But I will never vote for painters and varnishers without sense and a woman who doesn’t even live in Germany...

Fortunately, nowadays you can consult with your partner by phone, and meanwhile women in the FRG are also allowed to drive (electric) cars and sign contracts. You can do that smartly when the kids are in bed after 10:00 PM. … but that’s how it is with subsidies: you can’t get them all, not every one is suitable for everyone, and eventually you’re too late. You just have to make sure yourself that you become the user. It’s like the Thursday specials at Aldi back in the day – if you come too late, you get nothing.
