No, the interest rates are at 0.5% + 0.5% administrative fee with a fixed interest period of 30 years and possible repayment subsidies. The offer is not that bad.

Well, the difference for a child is just under 15,000 EUR per year, I think that's exactly the exciting part, where for some it is theoretically possible again (it's almost 500 EUR net more per month).
