List of incidental construction costs. More expensive "on the builder's side"?

I don't quite understand. We specifically wanted to avoid these over 100% because the calculations then look significantly worse. For example, if the kitchen and garage are also planned by the construction company, does that not count towards the regular financing amount?

The kitchen is not included as far as I know, but the garage is. The bank takes the new price of the property, evaluates it, and then has a % that can be achieved in the event of a resale. I suspect there are more experts in this field.

The kitchen is excluded, regardless of whether the builder puts it on a list or not. You are free to include additional items besides your builder's calculation, e.g. garden or house connections.

One has to say again, it strongly depends on the region.

Electricity connection, 860 euros,
I don't have gas, but it would have cost 1400 euros,
Construction power costs a fee of 150 euros and 1.50 euros per day,
Connecting and inspecting construction power is included there,

The Ikea dishwasher was only tested a few months ago and came in a distant last place. The grade was, I believe, 3.9, while even Constructa devices, i.e. BSH’s budget brand, scored 2.4.

This more or less runs through the entire IKEA kitchen. So yes, it works, but it does not meet the typical standards of an average (!) homebuilder. Therefore, I consider the statement above to be greatly oversimplified and misleading. Such a thing only works with a closed kitchen (uncommon today) and your saving mentality (unusual for an average homebuilder).

And with that, I don’t want to attack you, but you can’t simply transfer your expectations to others. Otherwise, someone here might plan with 5,000 EUR and then still be missing 15,000 EUR in the end. Better to plan concretely with appliances and functions (brand appliances? Pyrolysis? Steam oven? 0-degree compartment? No-Frost? Extra-quiet dishwasher? Quiet extractor hood, i.e. Novy/Berbel/Gutmann... or downdraft? Or ceiling hood? etc...).

The average homeowner can also live very well without a steam oven and pyrolysis. My mom treated herself to an oven with pyrolysis 20 years ago and didn’t use it even 3 times. From my point of view, the most pointless invention ever. Many may see it differently, but it is not essential for survival, and together with the steam oven, that 1k€ is better invested elsewhere.
