List of incidental construction costs. More expensive "on the builder's side"?

The water pipe to the multi-connection was installed by the shell builder and not charged. The installation of the meter bracket and the water meter in the utility room or basement is done by the municipal utilities. It was installed for me last Friday. Waiting for the invoice.

Ah, you have the construction water in the house from the beginning? For us, the tap is practically outside the house at the property boundary without a meter for the first 6 months, where theoretically anyone can access it. Then we are lucky, there will be no bill.

Or am I misunderstanding the item? Does the item construction water mean the installation in the utility room and not the water consumption? I have considered the latter in a separate item for connection costs ... well, anyway, it seems that some money remains in this cost item either way.

At the start of construction, we had a construction water connection with a meter on the property; after the multiservice line was installed, before the basement was filled in, the water connection was moved into the basement.

I don't know of a variant without a meter. How would you determine consumption and thus the costs for construction water without a meter?

The house is not yet standing when the construction water is needed. Construction water at the property boundary, like construction electricity, has a meter.

apparently not at all this is what ours looks like

Completely without a meter. It was installed by the water association and dismantled again by the civil engineer when he laid the water pipe into the utility room. It looks like this in the entire new development area.

Then we were probably lucky.

Have you ever looked into the bag? Here, the meter hangs in front of the shut-off valve.

Almost like this, only for outdoors.
