I do not have an exact amount, as the costs were borne by the buyer. But yes, it is manageable.

For the 2 m² less (final measurement result) we did receive the original price per m² reimbursed from the municipality. However, the notary charged exactly €318.80 again for the transfer - I found it outrageous.

We also had such a regulation in the purchase contract ([gegenseitige Übertragung nach Vermessungsergebnis]). Since I thought this was nonsense, but the municipality wanted to stick to it, it was added that the municipality bears the procedural costs. I can only recommend this to everyone. You pay the notary, court, site plan, etc. all over again. This is in no reasonable proportion to the area that might remain.

Has anyone actually pointed out the revised HOAI here yet? The costs have "slightly" increased. I would therefore budget around 5000 EUR for the surveyor.
