But this definitely belongs to [EINRICHTUNG]... Incidental construction costs are earthworks, connections, fees, etc. Also, [AL] are not incidental construction costs.

Certainly, you can also break it down very precisely according to HOAI, but earthworks are generally counted as such because they are directly related to the construction of the house and leave very little room for how or what must be done. Outdoor facilities, however, can range from a gravel parking lot and a few paving stones to the front door for a few thousand euros up to the six-figure range for a "normal" single-family house, and that for one and the same house. The same applies to furnishings, etc. Therefore, the excavation pit MUST be done, as well as electricity and water, but certain curtains, lamps, or Miele built-in appliances do not.

Hello.

We are planning to build new. The old house must be removed beforehand. Can something like this remain during demolition and be reused?

1. Internal development (wastewater/rainwater pipes), approx. € 2,500 – depending on the pipeline route

2. Inspection shafts, infiltration basin or soakaway shaft, approx. € 1,900.00 - € 2,200.00

What about the power line & the water pipes (sewage pipe/ fresh water pipe).

Am I allowed to have all the pipes simply torn down up to the street?
