Yeah, the faucet is definitely naked. The plastic is only there to prevent the insulation from getting wet, which protects the faucet from frost damage or freezing.

Really strange. Well... then it's relatively difficult to send you an invoice. Maybe you have flat rates?

You come from the village, flat land? Do you have garden water supply (agriculture) for every property there? It could therefore be a flat rate. Or does the new development area/municipality include it?

Yeah, flat land, but no garden water supply. I just read the takeover contract for the development costs again - it is not mentioned in the list there.

I checked again with my neighbor, who has been living there for 3 months. He hasn’t received a bill either.

Either there is a flat rate included in the connection costs, which is not explicitly mentioned, or we're lucky.

Sometimes you just have to have that. Make a nice trip in 2020 or treat yourself to something nice for the garden.
