Stupid question: If we buy a plot of land that has not yet been surveyed, the purchase contract before the notary is arranged so that a "yet to be surveyed area" is indicated. Will there be additional notary fees after the survey?

Yes, there are some more fees. The survey result must then be acknowledged later. Although you no longer have to appear in person and can arrange this via power of attorney to the notary and a simple written declaration, a separate deed is created for this, which of course must be paid for.

We sold exactly such a part of our property.
