Well, plastering, painting, floor coverings where there are no tiles, painting roof overhangs, fitted kitchen, [SatSchüssel], outdoor water tap... all that kind of stuff. Often this is not standard, kitchen almost never.

To describe a kitchen as belonging to the house or even as incidental construction costs is absurd...
