Is a house for a total volume of 400k still possible at all?

Instead, sitting on the sofa or desk chair is not exactly healthier... I assume that some necessary muscles are still present when it comes to muscle atrophy ;)

Of course, everything can always be done cheaper. But you first have to find the time. We've been in the house since last weekend. There are still a thousand corners to fix, we have children, and for me it would be an absolute nightmare if the next 2 years, every weekend from April to October, were more or less planned with self-performed work on the outdoor facilities. Building is exhausting and you shouldn't overestimate yourself and your performance. So I'm glad that the outdoor facilities are currently being done on my hillside property. We will do some things ourselves, but definitely not everything. And I also believe that with 20k and a real slope, you won't get very far.

Not specifically directed at you, but at everyone with a slope: How much slope are we talking about in numbers? What percentage incline does the property have? Feel free to mention other key figures if they are more suitable.

3m by 21m. Street to the north, garden to the south. Slope from north down to south

OK, then I have regained hope again with my 70cm on 19m. :)

Even though those are already pretty decent steps between the houses in comparison. When we bought the plot and there was still a wheat field there, it looked as smooth as a lake.

Then those probably aren’t 70cm. In my experience, a layperson doesn’t notice/see a slope at 19m if it’s actually 70cm. Back then, I rather thought I had a slight slope until my architect educated me
