Well, you first have to manage 12 hours on a Saturday. But yes, if you have no time pressure, it’s doable. It doesn’t bother us at all if everything takes 1-2 years longer.

What counts as the outdoor facilities is ultimately irrelevant. The main thing is not to forget the respective points when planning the loan.

And if it’s only 8 hours sometimes, that’s also okay. Usually, we work in a way that we go full throttle when a deployment is scheduled.

The 12 hours were more of a rough estimate on my part. :)

Our gardeners were on site for 700 hours and were really hardworking. Just that alone would easily account for the 24 thousand euros in personnel costs.

We had offers ranging from 50k to 80k. Quite a wide range. Of course, there is no garage or terrace roof included, as that has nothing to do with landscaping!

Where in this forum can the complete work be admired?

When it comes to house construction, I am quite convinced that 2000€/sqm represents the lower limit of what is financially possible in large parts of Germany. But shelling out 80-100k for the garden? That's where I draw the line, or the double brick garage has to be included.

I still have it easy for now, since we are still far from having the garden....
