Is a house for a total volume of 400k still possible at all?

Well, either you want to save money (air-water heat pump, gas) or you want to waste money economically inefficiently (geothermal energy with deep drilling). If you suddenly have a lot of budget left and don’t know what to do with it, then go for geothermal energy with drilling. I thought you were rather tight on money??

So gas is not possible because there is no connection. As far as I remember, the difference between heating with drilling or the outdoor unit was about 5000€. Now, if I consider that this will stand my entire life either in front of, behind, or next to the house and then possibly also has a certain noise level, then personally, this investment is worth it to me. Is it true that the BAFA subsidy is only available until the end of the year?

The difference is certainly around 10,000 euros if you neglect the subsidies for both [WP]... In my opinion, the subsidies cancel each other out.

would you be willing to tell me which company? Were you satisfied? We are currently looking for a construction company in the same area for an extension.

Unfortunately, I cannot send a pm.

Did I understand correctly that you now only want to build with a slab foundation, even though you realized that a basement would make sense due to the slope? Have you already considered how the foundation is supposed to work? Both GCs advised you against it, as far as I remember. Also, just a stupid question, is the plot fully developed at all? Sorry to say this, but I have had great difficulty with your answers so far in every respect, because with every answer you can tell that you actually have no idea at all (in terms of budget, process, as well as execution). Because you should at least roughly have that at the time of purchasing the plot.

hm apparently the thread is doomed to fail because the statements on certain things are just too far apart. As I already wrote, a (now) two civil engineers were here who both confirmed that although we do have a slope on the property, it doesn't really matter because a large hill of earth towers over it. If you remove this (400t), you create a more or less level surface on all sides. So building with a slab is no problem. For a basement, "only" the excavation would then have to be done. As I said, I think once we have the property secured, and we're at the stage of the offer planning where we are sure, I will insert this here again and then discuss the individual points. But I think this doesn't make sense like this :(
