Sorry but finding a plot in our area is: 1. very difficult at the moment like everywhere 2. if there is one, it’s incredibly expensive nowadays 400-500€ per sqm if it’s in a good location. 3. then usually also not flat. So as I said, normally I would never have considered this one but at a price of 210€ per sqm, you really have to think about it!
