But then only half of number 5 is standing. But if that isn’t the right plan, it doesn’t matter either. If nobody from the hall can look exactly at the plot, I wouldn’t care either, it seems far enough away (because of the shadow). A possible disadvantage would also be the length of the street you have to maintain with a corner plot.

The right side of the property, meaning the street side, is a local street that would need to be cleared by the snow plow, for example. The small section wouldn’t be a problem, although I think the snow plow would have to go through here as well. I think we would need to maintain the slope, or rather we’d have to see how it goes, since we have to fence it off because of our dog, and that will be done on the property and not down on the slope. I think mulch or stones and planting a bit would be low maintenance, provided it is allowed. If so, we would want to put all of this in writing. No, the hall is completely closed on this side, without windows. I also don’t think it will block much light. Best regards Sandra

@ Sandra

Where do the two lower screenshots come from? A royalty-free provider or do you have permission to use them?

I have received the development plan, or it can also be found on the city’s website. The other two are from Google Maps and BayernAtlas respectively.

I know exactly that you are not allowed to use the image material from Tante Gurgel, with Bayern Atlas the following can be read: "The user undertakes, for any use of the geodata, geodata services and geoapplications (geo resources) through editing, reproduction, digitization, distribution, public performance or in any other way that goes beyond these terms of use, to obtain the consent of the respective provider, unless one of the legal exceptions applies." So I have deleted both attachments! Rhineland regards
