Is a house for a total volume of 400k still possible at all?

We had textured plaster from Obi and it was much more productive than stated. We used it for drywall, I don't find such super smooth walls livable. We did the same on the suspended ceiling. That way, you at least have a little texture on the spackled drywall. And if you haven't perfectly spackled, it also conceals a bit.

So after a bit of research we are now tending to apply the roll/brush plaster on the Q2 walls. In terms of cost, this is only a fraction compared to the costs of a painter applying Q3 and painter's fleece. However, I will discuss this with an expert beforehand. Has anyone possibly done this already? So applying the roll plaster on the Q2?

I'm also interested. How fine is the finest textured/roll plaster? Can it be compared to sandpaper grit?

At Obi, there is textured plaster available in 0.5 and 1.0mm grain sizes. I have tried the 1mm one in the basement so far; it actually looks like a plastered wall. I think it hides quite a bit.

Yes, I'm actually fine. That's why I want to be as precise as possible. My wife wants it that way. But there is not enough time and money for multiple plasterings and sanding + [Malervlies].

The only disadvantage I have been able to find so far is that after multiple coats, the paint becomes too thick. At least that's how I understand it, and it would then have to be scraped or milled off at some point? We painted our apartment for the first time after 7 years. This means that even if we could paint 4 times before the paint needs to be removed, that's about 30 years ahead. Whether the walls will still be that important to us in our late 60s is doubtful. And if there is enough money by then, I'll just have it done :D
