Is a house for a total volume of 400k still possible at all?

Isn't there a risk of settlement cracks with textured plaster on Q2? We have 2 bathrooms with fine plaster, and you can already see slight hairline cracks. In the rest of the house with painter's fleece, you can't see anything. I would think twice about that, otherwise renovation in a few years is inevitable.

If our tax officers are already surfing during mobile work, then please remain polite ;) The comparison between teachers and workers at IG Metall is weak... For example, if Daimler managers suddenly get 400 million annually, it doesn't concern me.... But if, for example, a ZDF deputy director gets that much, then it does concern me....

Our tax officials are on parental leave in this case, don’t worry. I’m not making a comparison, just don’t understand why people are fixated on teachers. As if there weren’t other, much more obvious injustices. Oh, and just by the way, even if some hardworking people, unlike us lazy civil servants, think so – we are not your employees.

hm yes some swear by painter’s fleece and others don’t. I think there is no right or wrong here. Are there always settlement cracks? We are building, for example, on rock (soil class 6-7). When the drillings for the soil report were made, the employee said at the time “You will never have problems with settlement cracks here.” Can you say that so generally? Currently we also tend to wallpaper the Q2 leveling, depending on the condition, with painter’s fleece and then paint it with brush-on plaster. If the Q2 is of very poor quality I will take matters into my own hands under the guidance of a professional ;)

I have now heard the statement from various, also impartial and expert sources, that *settlement cracks* can *always* occur in the first months/years. I do not believe that anyone will give a written guarantee that *settlement cracks* will not occur. Regardless of the circumstances.

We have so far been able to detect 1 settlement crack. It tore the painting fleece along with it. This is now considerably more difficult (visually) to repair than a cracked brush plaster.
