developed, so not fully developed? Yeah... yeah... honestly, half of them are useless. The most helpful is the direct contact of the father/landscaper. You get nothing for free, and they all have a bad back when you want something. Material is not free either. With a contact like that I get red ears ;) But anyway: Congratulations. It somehow fits :)

Where is the difference there? ... and the other half usually doesn’t have time ;) *thumbs up!*

Fully developed: road, sewage, electricity, water, possibly DSL or gas (partially) developed: something could be missing. Often only the road is present, but the utilities are missing. In older plots, sewage is often missing, then you need a septic tank.

First of all: congratulations!

I keep reading that the municipalities in Bavaria are selling plots of land relatively cheaply to locals. I'm very happy for you!

Now the obligatory but:
Include a big buffer in your calculations. If everything works out with the Vitamin B services: great!
But there is a chance that 1-2 will drop out at once. If you then get into financial trouble, things quickly get personal.

In the rush of emotions, a lot is promised quickly. When it gets concrete, things sometimes look different.
Our very nice neighbors promised us to get the construction power through them.
We still included the amount in our calculations.
When it got concrete, we realized that it was not as easy as we thought.

We switched directly to the normal way. Because of this, we didn't save anything, but everyone still likes each other.

Nice that it’s working out for you. But I’m with the others on this, don’t underestimate the costs. And it’s best to calculate everything completely, including things you could theoretically do later like [Carport], [Gartenhaus], [Garten] in general. Because that will add quite a bit of cost on top of the house construction. And if necessary, you can always use the [Carport] as a buffer ;) Regarding the basement, I’m also skeptical. I don’t remember your budget exactly, but for 150 sqm it wasn’t that generous. Even with friendship prices and your own work, I rather don’t see a basement there. Better to plan for a big [Gartenhaus] and an attic, that’s significantly cheaper.
