Within 90km of Munich, your price is still achievable in 10 years and as Olli writes, hopefully you still live there...
On the other hand, you will probably regret it more, especially if it really is THE house.

Yes, I’m very happy to do that ^^ Although I put a bathroom photo and a picture of the house in for a short hour, then I delete it again immediately, so those who are there will see it then.
