I’m saying that too. Don’t forget that this will last FOR YEARS, it’s not just a cold... it stays! I also think that you need to take such things more seriously; a household budget book should be mandatory until it’s in the DNA of the whole family. Turning back is then always difficult. Somewhere I also read something from you about "wasteful":mad::mad: ... the euphoria fades, the debts remain. That’s why I was a bit shocked by "wife never working again", which rather gives me the impression that everything will be easy, or it only hurts briefly and then everything is fine again. Such an attitude can be dangerous. This financing will last your (working) life long, it would be worth it to me but for me that would not mean a restriction. I have the one, so the other does not exist, quite simple.

Without the woman's income, that would be too much for me. The state parental allowance doesn't last forever either. By the way, I also have two children (I am a woman). I was never at home for long, and I didn't want to be. And you need the money. However, she can always return to her job immediately, once you understand that. I'm not even sure if she can get the loan that easily? What do the others think about that?

Unfortunately, this is the new normal on the "open market." Those who cannot come and commit at the earliest possible appointment have almost already lost. And those who do commit also lose because they are rarely the only commitment made --> bidding process. This gives every interested party another fair chance at the property and has nothing to do with the real estate agent's commission increasing with the price...

yes, wasteful lifestyle is there ^^^or rather was there.

I was studying from 2016-2019. I only got a corresponding job 7 months later. But I also managed to save away almost €10,000 within a year. So it’s definitely possible.
My wife only wants to spend €50 once a month on fingernails, she doesn’t need anything else xD

We have our parents once 5 kilometers away and once 9 kilometers away who like to take care of our children.
The daycare spot is so affordable that it pays for itself through the subsidy from Bavaria. So we are really very lucky. My son loves going there and yes, right now he really misses it ^^

We will have to make sacrifices, but we would do that anyway.

yes we would get the loan. I already had an appointment today. But I have another appointment elsewhere on Thursday.
Additionally, there is €40,000 subsidy from the state, that also comes on top.

True. That adds to it. Someone wrote at the beginning that the funds, these grants, are not counted. And when it comes to living expenses, 4 people, then they will probably ask when the woman will start working again. Could it be that you don’t want your wife to work full-time again? Apart from the children? That came to my mind while reading . Why victims??? I don’t understand that.
