This also happens here with the rents. These are families who are not dependent on the money, but who want long-term and reliable tenants. For them, this is a value in itself. I can understand that.
Maybe you’ll still answernow honestly: 1. why isn’t the house marketed on the portals where houses are usually best sold? 2. why is it so cheap, when other houses in a similar location (within 50km around Bad Tölz) cost from €700,000, although they are 10 years older, smaller and have less land?
That was the info on this. Maybe he can explain it in more detail...?
Since you already quoted me, I’ll answer you too ;) I never claimed the opposite but showed @ypg the point that roughly answers your question. Roughly because even "rich" people have nothing to give away and there was no mention of family anywhere, so your inquiry is quite justified, even if perhaps only as a side note.
Sorry, I thought the question was about why a wealthy person sells a house so cheaply and that there might be a catch. The OP wrote that the house seller probably doesn’t have to sell.
Strange ... I had the same thought :DPerhaps there is a skeleton in the closet?
Here, I have the impression that the best houses are sold "off the record" and only the rest, which is difficult to sell, ends up with the real estate agent.... 1. why is the house not marketed on the portals where houses are best sold? ...
