Thank you for your comments. I have commented on each point as we see it and have changed it in the floor plan.

I will take a closer look at the load-bearing walls. Thanks for the note.
I have clarified the staircase with the stair builder. It fits very well.
Honestly, the fact that the kitchen is far from the terrace does not bother me at all. Also, the passage through the living room is okay as far as I’m concerned.
Guest WC / kitchen: The guest WC has to be somewhere. And we really don’t find it bad that it is directly next to the kitchen.
Staircase entrance next to the front door in the dirt area is a point we will reconsider. Very good hint. Thanks.
Window position and size certainly still need optimization. I agree with that.
I have changed the sizes of the children’s rooms. They are now 16.92 / 16.52 and 15.49m². In our opinion, the difference is okay.
All children’s rooms are now at least 3m wide. Again, good note. Thanks.
Mini bathrooms: The space in the rooms is more important to us than in the bathroom. Due to the rearrangement, the bathrooms have gotten a bit bigger.
Parents’ bed under the window has also been resolved. We already considered it suboptimal.
The north orientation of the children’s rooms will remain as is.
The kitchen will be a bit narrower due to the conversion upstairs. But I didn’t find that so serious. We use the kitchen a lot and need the space.
Laundry chute: There is none; it was just once a thought of where to run pipes upwards.

Thank you for your contribution.

Attached is the upper floor plan with most of your suggestions as I have commented.

Thanks also for your points:

Sliding door was just an idea once. So possibly sliding door.
We think we already had the offset load-bearing wall. Or do you mean something different than Katja?
Partition wall is really maxed out. It will be significantly more due to the changes on the upper floor. Thanks for the hint. I will consider that on the ground floor.
We are okay with the bedroom being a kind of walkthrough room.
There will be no floor-to-ceiling windows upstairs for us, so no issue there.
Bathroom above the kitchen, since fresh and wastewater should be close to each other. As with the guest WC, we have no problem with that.
I have looked at the bottleneck in the children's bathroom. Is your point here that the bathroom is too small for three children or that the distance between the washbasin and shower wall is too small? The distance is 85 cm and the washbasin is designed rather deep. Should be unproblematic.

Thanks again for your points.

I don’t understand this at all. Can you explain it differently?: "Sliding door on the ground floor leads into the lower annex without an exit"
View only from the living room and dining area: We have a pretty good view in all directions, the nicest one is as mentioned. So that’s fine.
Why does the dining area have to have access to the garden? I don’t see any necessary connection. A reason like with the pantry, that you don’t have to walk so far from the front door, I could agree with. But in this case, I can’t think of anything bad about it.
Basement: Absolutely, the windows are not yet well thought out. The dining area would not have a basement shaft. The slope should make it possible that one is not needed.
What is wrong with the exterior door being under the dining area?
Laundry room 30 sqm is large even for 3 children. We have already considered making a partition. I will add that to my list. Thanks.

Kind words. I will try to respond constructively:

Topic development plan: I can gladly send you the development plan directly by email. However, I will not publish it here.

There is a soil report. We had it done before purchasing the property. But I will also not post it here in the forum. Soil class 4.

The street is there. Also fresh and wastewater as well as electricity and fiber optics.

Your ground floor is hanging in the air because of the slope! There will be no terrace there. Your basement has the terrace. Regarding the children's bathroom: You are not planning any false walls. That is wrong. Because you live in a way that sometimes you want (and need) to go outside into the garden?! Because you possibly don't want to disturb those residents who are seeking some peace on the sofa with the constant coming and going to the chill-out area?! Because in normal life the kitchen is visited towards the terrace and vice versa 5-50 times on a nice summer day?! Because the furniture on the terrace will become the focal point of all house residents in summer?! That is as certain as Amen in church and daily tooth brushing. But you will only be able to leave your house through the front door and in the basement through the laundry room. That’s how it is.

.

Then of course we’ll organize a flash mob to get to know the staircase builder.

Really, I’m still laughing. Is there a doctor here?
