if it is "THE" house, then it makes sense.

I see it, as already written, you would probably regret canceling it longer than if you might have to restrict yourselves for a few years until your wife possibly starts working more.

If you solve this tiny financial discrepancy, then everything should fit. There is also money coming in from selling electricity. And still, one must be careful that very irregular costs like a new car do not blow up the household budget.

Personally, I would buy the house.

For example, there is considerable potential for savings in our countries. In some cases, one can completely or partially do without a car and assign less importance to the car itself. I have been driving such practical cars for years; they are not dirty, just older. I am almost amazed every day at what is standing in front of most houses and with what ease this is now accepted. If TE keeps himself in check alone, he can manage the project, because often €500 or more per car easily go toward depreciation, insurance, tax, service, etc. I gladly do without that if I can have my house for it.

My wife is a nurse - I calculate the 700 € net with tax class 5 and 30% part-time ^^ Otherwise, she earns about 2500 € full-time in tax class 4, if not a bit more. But we have 2 children, and she is also a housewife. She will never work full-time again. As long as our children are this small, she will work a maximum of 30% part-time after parental leave. No more ^^

Otherwise to the REST: MANY thanks for the opinions. I will sleep on it for a few days now.

I am also really worried about the "real estate bubble." I am really scared that after 10 years, the house will be worth less than the remaining debt I still have.

Are there now pictures of the bathroom and paper information about the house?
