Hi guys, yes no worries, ok there is a slight euphoria, but everything is calm.

We will make a cost breakdown with the financial advisor and she is calculating everything very generously. I am aware that we need some buffer. The land is developed: I have already included all the costs for water, electricity, etc., but maybe a bit will be reduced.

The thing with the basement is just a "maybe". I also suspect that it will be without a basement. I am also aware that I have to pay acquaintances. I am now taking 2 weeks quietly and will check everything thoroughly. The house should already be mostly turnkey.

What I will have acquaintances do is floors, painting, garden, carport and excavation, if this is not included with the construction company. These are all things that are definitely realistic.
