I don't like the ground floor as it is. The dining area is simply way too narrow; you have to put the table right against the wall to be able to walk past it at all. Also, with the living room door open (and it's usually always open), you can't get past it (or you get hit in the face if it's being opened). The bay window in the living area is only 3m wide; that's enough for a dining table, but not for the sofa. Compared to the hallway, I also find the living space simply too small; 28m² is not very big. Therefore, I would move the kitchen to the guest room, so you can nicely place the dining table in the bay window and have a better access to the living area. The guest room would then be where the kitchen is now. Upstairs, I wouldn't like it if you immediately encounter the toilet when entering the bathroom; I would arrange it differently.
