That is now the question... whether you can integrate a pantry well into the kitchen... I can't imagine that... and as I said, this option with I put everything in the utility room... I find it terrible... I don't put food next to the heater... no way

Almost every house we have has a pantry and the kitchens are still full to the brim

So I also tend to prefer the pantry, because you put stuff in and close it... even if it's just water crates and unused devices...

I don't like the ground floor as it is. The dining area is simply way too narrow; you have to put the table right against the wall to be able to walk past it at all. Also, with the living room door open (and it's usually always open), you can't get past it (or you get hit in the face if it's being opened). The bay window in the living area is only 3m wide; that's enough for a dining table, but not for the sofa. Compared to the hallway, I also find the living space simply too small; 28m² is not very big. Therefore, I would move the kitchen to the guest room, so you can nicely place the dining table in the bay window and have a better access to the living area. The guest room would then be where the kitchen is now. Upstairs, I wouldn't like it if you immediately encounter the toilet when entering the bathroom; I would arrange it differently.

Best regards
Sabine

I wanted the kitchen to be down there to basically have a direct view of the entrance... and because the terrace is in the west... that way you have direct access... balcony door... to the terrace ....

Swap washbasin and toilet -> Toilet under the roof window, wall stub removed

Best regards in brief
